Who we are

Our adventure began in 2012, bringing Vorwerk products to markets and trade shows throughout Piedmont. In 2016, we opened our first store in Carmagnola, where from the very beginning, the customer was at the center of our attention, along with the selection of certified quality products .

In February 2023, we opened a new store in Turin, on Corso Traiano, maintaining the same passion and care. In addition to selling original and compatible products , we also repair Folletti and Bimby models, offering rare and hard-to-find spare parts , even for older models.

Our philosophy is simple: always guide the client towards the right choice, without offering anything they don't really need . We stand out for our honesty and transparency, values ​​that guide us every day and that we believe always lead to positive and lasting results.

The Folletto Express company is a repair center independent of the Vorwerk company.
