With the "Send Your Folletto" service, you can send it to us, receive a professional technical diagnosis and a clear quote before proceeding with the repair.

📦 How the service works

1. Buy this product (Cost €0).
   You don't pay anything upfront.

2. In the order notes, please include:

   • problem encountered on the Folletto

   • telephone number

   • email for contacts

3. Arrange the collection and ship your Folletto to our Turin office (Corso Traiano 16 G 10135)
   Please include a copy of your order receipt inside the package.
   (The product will be returned in exactly the same condition as it arrived. We are not responsible for damage due to shipping or handling during the outward or return journey.)

4. We receive your Folletto and analyze it.
   We'll perform a complete diagnosis and get back to you by phone or email with a detailed estimate of the costs involved.

5. You decide how to proceed:

   🟢 ACCEPT THE QUOTE → we proceed with the repair and once finished we send it back to your home.

   🔴 DO NOT ACCEPT → we do not carry out any work.
   In this case, you will only be charged a fixed fee of €15 for the estimate provided + any return shipping costs.
